What is the Day Tour Los Angeles like?
    Again, being a private charter, we will pick your group up at the location you request. All tours are fully escorted and narrated by our friendly, knowledgeable guides. Our guide will drive and walk together with you and show "up close" all the famous sights. Every tour will have some walking time, usually around 30 min, so our guests can enjoy local scene, take a break, do some shopping, etc.

What is your combination day tour in Los Angeles?
    For those who just can't decide we offer some tours in combination. You can pick choose which ones you like.

What if we just need transportation?
    American Riviera Tours is equipped to provide all Ground Transportation needs. Not to worry just let us know the details and we'll quote you a price.

Do you do day tours for only two people?
    Absolutely!

How much are the group tours?
    That depends on your choices and number of people. Please send us e-mail info@latraveltours.com, call +1-323-570-0757 and we'd be happy to work up a quote for you.

Do you bring us back to the hotel where you picked us up from?
    We are always bringing our guests to their original pick-up place, unless they want us drop-off somewhere along the route. We can pick-up from residential addresses too.

Where we can join your tour? 
    You can join our tour at the Farmers Market - The Grove in Hollywood, 189 The Grove Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90036. If you travelling by car, please leave your car at the multi story parking structure (cost is up to 1 hour - free, 2 hours free with validation from local merchant, daily max. $24, valet parking daily max. $20) and meet our guide at the Clock Tower. Please let us know in advance if you are planing to join the tour. Sometimes we are running out of capacity and we don't  want your dissapointment.

How long do the tours last?
    Average tours can last four to nine hours. Duration is determined by from where we depart and which region we are visiting, how many sites we visit and if you're having lunch.

Where do your tours depart from? 
    We will pick you up from any hotel in San Fernando Valley, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, West LA, LAX, Santa Monica areas. We like to pick you up at your front door or hotel lobby. This way, no one has to get behind a wheel after we drop you off.

How early in advance should we book?
    We book on a first come first serve basis. Weekends are by far the busiest. Best bet is: if you have a date and want to go, reserve the tour.

What kind of vehicle will we be in?
     We fit the vehicle(s) to the size, needs and budget of the individual client. Our guided tours are offered in vans, limousines, sedans, coaches. We run from sedans, luxury BMW/Mersedes SUV's, eight passenger vans all the way to full size, luxury tour coaches, with all shapes and sizes in between.

Can we pay cash that day?
    Absolutely, but we need credit card information to reserve a seat. Driver/Guide gratuity is payable in cash that day.

Are tasting fees included in Santa Barbara Tour?
    Of course, our Santa Barbara Tour even includes your own crystall glass.

What to wear?
    Los Angeles attire is casual, especially in summer and near the beaches. For sightseeing, loose cotton clothes and comfortable shoes are reccomended, and LA-area shops sell plenty of both. The moderate climate makes heavy clothing unnecessary, but light jackets might be needed for summer evenings.
